New Patients:By confirming your booking, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy. To ensure you receive the best care, all new patients are required to book a New Patient Consultation & Treatment. If a follow-up appointment is booked instead, it will be cancelled.
A valid card is required to secure your appointment. No payment is taken at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged if you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Payment for your visit is made at the clinic after your appointment via EFTPOS.
